Was asked to buy this chopping board by my wife, I have to say the price was higher than I expected but on arrival I realized why ! . The chopping board was very well packed and I have to say the quality and weight justifies it cost by miles. An overnight brush in Olive Oil and it came up brilliantly, used it to cut the lamb joint and it preformed as expected, sturdy and strong with the juices flowing into the groove around the board. Wife loves it and now its her main chopping board, easy to clean too...highly recommend

You can tell from the packaging, size and feel of the board this is a premium product. We've used it for many different occasions already and it's been great! From the everyday chopping up veggies, to serving meat and holding the juices in place, and even as a cheese board. This will be perfect for serving the Xmas turkey! I come from a family of cooks and would definitely recommend this product.

This is a brilliant chopping board - sturdy, doesn't show knife marks, solid but lighter than wooden boards of the same size and thickness. The handles at each end make for very easy transfer from kitchen to table. If oiled thoroughly before use any stains lift easily with a little scrubbing. I'm looking forward to years of use with this one, already has a permanent place on my counter! Very much worth the price, as essential for any cook who cares as a good set of knives.
